this problem is pissing me off...tapi nak buat mcm mane...sigh~
i've been involved in sports since i was in secondary school..bila naik f1 sy start aktif dalam olahraga..semuanya brmula slps sy jd 'olahragawati'..sigh~, it was a nightmare..
sebenarnya, mase f1 tu, biase la bdk2 kecik, punyer la lok-lak jumpa padang..uish, sy 'sapu' semua acara yg mmg jd 'makanan' sy la..kebanyaknnye acara sprint, tp hahaha!!! ntah mcm mane den dpt lontar peluru..LOL..
then, i was chosen to participate in MSSD Pekan utk 110 metre hurdle..sigh~, that was my first time..and it was the worst nightmare, setiap kali practise, both of my legs were burning n terus terduduk, it took times for them to be fully recovered..n i kept pushing myself to work harder sbb punyer la takut coz i was only 13 years old...tp in the end, i got the silver medal..tetapi~ lps tu, my legs rase mcm kna ketuk dgn besi n sy trduduk kt khemah. sy ingatkn tu cramp biase, tp sy tgk ade lebam, tp bkn mcm lebam biase sbb warnanya lain..tp sy ignore jek..
sy plg x suka olahraga tp nk wat cm ne keputusn kt tgn cikgu, bukan seng nk cipta alasan..selama 4 thn (wktu f4 x prgi) sy masuk olahraga..sigh~ klau pagar tu kayu x pe lagi, ni besi..sekali trkena kat lutut, sakitnye..ya Allah..when i was in my senior year, kiteorg dpt coach baru, n she told me..yg kemungkinn lutut n betis sy cepat sakit walaupn muda lg..n bile sy pregnant lg, uish..mungkin akan slalu cramp..(so my hubby kena la slalu mengurut, wink2)
kata coach sy agak betul la, sy x boleh berada dlm keadaan trlalu sejuk ataupun duduk trlalu lama, kalau x, cramp!! mmg sakit sgt~ plg ngeri skali kat Cameron Highland, bila nk masuk senja je, kaki dh cramp..n during the exam...aarrghh~ at least sekali sy kena prgi tandas utk relax kn kaki..rase mcm org tua~ there's one time, sbb terlalu lama ddk dlm bas n ade air-cond, bile sy bangun n cuba nk jalan, nyaris nk terjatuh.. dats y i love playing golf (sebab x guna kaki), what can i do?..sigh~
